Guarantees: Refunds, Cancellations, Replacements, and Returns

Refunds

  • Refunds are available for plants that arrive dead, provided you notify us within 2 hours of delivery (based on the tracking information). Notifications after this timeframe are not eligible.
  • Once a package is handed to the shipping courier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, customs clearance issues, or travel times.
  • Proof of unboxing is required to qualify for a refund.
  • Refund amount - 60% of product (s) costs
  • Shipping cost paid is non-refundable

Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for plants that arrive dead, provided you notify us within 2 hours of delivery (based on the tracking information). Notifications after this timeframe are not eligible.
  • The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of replacement plants.
  • Replacements can be shipped along with a new order if desired.
  • Phytosanitary certificates and other necessary paperwork will be provided free of charge.
  • Proof of unboxing is required to qualify for a replacement.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
  • If the cancellation is due to the buyer’s failure to provide required documentation, a 30% fee of the order total (excluding shipping costs) will be charged.

Returns and Exchanges

  • NOT AVAILABLE.

Non-Guaranteed Situations

Refunds or replacements are not provided for the following:

  1. Dead or damaged leaves.
  2. Yellowing leaves.
  3. Broken branches or stems.
  4. Packages returned to the sender due to missing or incomplete paperwork from the buyer.
  5. Packages destroyed or held by USDA or inspection stations longer than expected which causes  the plants to suffer from dehydration.
  6. Packages held or experienced longer clearance by your country customs.
  7. Failure to provide proof of unboxing.
