- DHL Express: For shipments to the US, Asia, and European countries.
- Pos Indonesia International: Optional for shipments to Asian countries only (upon request).
Paperwork and Processing Time
Documentation
All shipments include the following documents at no additional cost:
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Commercial invoice
- Declaration letter (included in the phytosanitary certificate)
- Individual plant labels attached to the plants
- Non-GMO certificate (when required)
Processing Timeline
- The required paperwork, including the phytosanitary certificate, is prepared after your order is placed. This process typically takes 7 to 14 days.
- You will be notified if processing takes longer than expected.
Shipping Notification
- Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation.
Delivery Times
- To Asian countries: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days.
- To other regions, including European countries: Delivery times range from 4 to 15 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
