All products are shipped directly from Indonesia.

Order Processing Stages

1. Order Placement

• Your order is placed and logged in our system.

2. Waiting Period (2 Hours)

• A 2-hour waiting period is provided after placing the order. Once this time passes, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Export Paperwork Preparation (7-14 Days)

• Required export documentation is prepared. This process typically takes 7-14 days, depending on the requirements of your country.

4. Shipping Confirmation

• Once your order is ready for shipment, TropicalHouseplant will send you a confirmation email. This email includes:
  • Proof of the package.
  • Details and pictures of the plants ordered.
  • Tracking number.
  • Copies of all paperwork attached to the package.

5. Shipment Monitoring

• Both TropicalHouseplant and the buyer are responsible for monitoring the shipment. Any issues that arise should be promptly communicated between both parties.

6. Post-Shipping Responsibility

• Once the package is handed over to the courier, buyers should direct any further inquiries to their local DHL Express representative. TropicalHouseplant also relies on a DHL Express agent for monitoring shipments and will provide assistance based on the updates received.
